Speaking at FoxForward

I just got my confirmation that my presentation on integrating Visual Studio Team System and Visual FoxPro was accepted for the FoxForward conference in Atlanta.  I love sharing my enthusiasm about these tools.  This is going to be lots of fun!

Mark your calendars now:

Fox Forward 2006 - Alpharetta, GA USA - September 15th-17th

Alan,

I don't know if you saw Craig Braily's blog post about TFS and VFP (http://craigbailey.blogspot.com/2006/04/vfp-much-interest-in-team-system.html#links), but the guy from the US he talks about is me, Wade Johnson.

I've given up on the idea of making a commercial venture out of TFS and Fox, but I was wondering about the "client" you say you've already built. To me, VFP's greatest curse is how lacking its native version control support is. If you could bring that up to par with other file based languages like C++, Java, C#, and (almost every other language on the planet except maybe smalltalk), it would make a really decent team development system.

I could not find your email address so I'm posting here. Feel free to contact me at computerrivet at gmail.com.

Take Care,

Wade
